Another first, Jervois & Lawrence met a growing need for an upscale development reflecting the sophisticated, urbane character of Herne Bay. We wanted to convey this building was true Herne Bay, while being every bit as aspirational as the grand homes in the city’s most desirable suburb. “Herne Bay’s Most Wanted” was the positioning we developed.
