Teal on Orakei Basin

This boutique apartment complex in a unique waterfront setting on Orakei Basin had many positive features, including the waterfront location, forever views, excellent recreational amenity, and good walking access to Orakei Bay Village. Our approach highlighted the powerful appeal of water, in terms of both visual appeal and atmospherics, using a distinctive watercolour graphic treatment. Teal enjoyed strong initial sales, validating the communications approach, and final sell down was achieved once construction began.
