Elm Remuera
A classic in the making
Another boutique apartment development in the Eastern Suburbs, Elm’s strength was distinctive floorplans with a traditional hallway creating a strong spine off which rooms were set. This evoked the classic villa and the gracious living associated with those homes. This was the foundation of the positioning, which was squarely aimed at a mature, sophisticated market with a strong affinity for Remuera.
The building sold through quickly with only a couple of smaller apartments ‘sticking’. Completed in March 2023, the last sales were achieved a year in advance of that date.
